ABOUT ME

I’m Dane M. Boffey, owner and DJ for DMB Sounds.

​Thank you so much for coming to my site and wanting to know more about me and my desire to make your event a party you will always remember. 

​

Although I launched DMB Sounds in December 2022, my experience has been a decade in the making. I have emceed and DJed more events than I can recall: multiple friend and family weddings, private events, non-profit fundraisers, school dances, and more. You can be sure I will tailor my work to your exact needs and style to ensure the best event possible.

The last family wedding I DJed, for my sister-in-law and her husband, set a fire in me to take DJing beyond a hobby that I only do for friends and family. I loved watching the dance floor with a vast spectrum of people: old and young, country lovers to club ravers, dancers to “I can't even tap my feet to the beat right” people—all having a great time! There was laughter and dancing right until the noise ordinance started and we had to stop.

That night I had a realization: I love creating environments where everyone feels connected and part of something beautiful … and we know music can do that! 

So what did I decide to do with that epiphany? ​I started DMB SOUNDS. 

DMB SOUNDS is a DJ/Emcee service that was created with you, the customer, in mind. With top-of-the-line sound equipment, you will have a quality sound you can count on. I have spent years honing my DJ skills and building my music library to entertain any spectrum of music lovers. Your assorted guests will never feel left out of the party!

My goal is to go the extra mile to make your party as easy and fun as possible for you from start to finish.
